You may return your items within 10 days if you are not satisfied with it. Shipping charges will only be credited if the error was on our part. To return the product to geraldmurraymusic.com, please follow the steps below.
1. Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the shipment of item. Your feedback is very important to us!
2. For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the returned item with. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned item, and then charged for the replacement item. Be sure to include the item name, number, and price. It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the item must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration.
3. Place all the original packaging in the return box (do not return item in an envelope), and the copy of the invoice.
4. You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship with a return receipt or tracking number for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. Please be sure to insure the return package for the full value paid.
5. Once your item return is received, it will be reviewed and processed with 15 business days. geraldmurraymusic.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your credit card within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. Once the adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive an email confirming that transaction.
6. If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order.
7. Every once in a while, a customer will place an order, we will process and ship the order, and the package comes back to us marked “refused”. We will charge a 25% restocking fee on the total of the merchandise that was refused. If you need to return the item to us, please ship to:
